Every project big or small I like to think I learned something from it, on the Lyman school project I learned that the estimator
should have been shot. The labor budgeted for this project was like a 3rd of the entire project. I was told once by one of my
peers and someone I look up to "an estimator is the fasted installer" Steve Olson could not have said it better and he told me
that on the way to a project meeting at up at Lyman school.
Corridor mechanical rooms are a challenge, and this one was no exception.
