Mike Shone

 Its not very often you find a individual who is
dedicated to there profession, someone
who wants to go beyond the scope. Mike
Shone(not sure on the spelling) seemed to
be that person.

I do not remember how this guy got hired at
R & H or how he ended up on my crew, but I
do know he was extremely hard working and
listened. I was looking forward to having him
on future projects as it seemed he was
fitting in well with the crew. One day he just
stop coming to work, no clue what
happened to him.
