First major commercial project!
This was my first major commercial project with R & H. The crew and I rented a kitchenette at a local motel so we could cook
our own meals and save our per diem money for an added Christmas bonus. Trust me ..these guys couldnt cook! I remember
working side by side with Scott C the owner of R & H mechanical and competing who could get done faster, I don't think he
knew how much I looked up to him, he was and I am sure still is very passionate about this trade.
The job went very well and I learned a great deal about leadership and team work.
